This policy describes how Zed0 ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit or buy from zed0.cc (the "Site").

What we collect

Order information. When you buy something we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and payment details. Payment details are handled by Shopify Payments and Shop Pay; we never see your full card number.

Device information. When you browse the Site, Shopify's platform automatically collects your browser type, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device, plus the pages you view and how you arrived at the Site. We use this for analytics and to make the Site work.

How we use it

Order information is used to fulfill your order, send tracking and order confirmations, respond to support requests, and screen for fraud. Device information is used to keep the Site running and to understand how people use it.

Who we share it with

Our store runs on Shopify, which processes orders and stores customer data on our behalf. Shopify's privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy. We share shipping details with the carrier that delivers your order. We may share information to comply with law or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing

We only send marketing email if you opted in at checkout or signed up. Every message has an unsubscribe link.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes.
