Shipping Policy

Everything on this site is printed to order in Austin, Texas. Nothing sits on a shelf; your part is made after you order it.

Lead time

Orders generally ship within 2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. You will get an email with tracking when your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Address changes

Email kgorman@gormanprecision.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can change the address up until the label is printed.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows your package lost, or it arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the ship date and we will send a replacement.
