Both soft jaw profiles we make for the Orange Bench Vise, in one box and $6 less than buying them separately. Keep the Solid Face pair in the vise for everyday work, and swap in the Thru-Axle pair when a wheel needs to come off the bike. Two screws per jaw, same mounting holes, about a minute to change over.

What you get:

• Solid Face jaws (pair): a flat, non-marring gripping surface for hub tools, the saw guide for steerer tube cutting, crank arms, pressing shock bushings, and general bench work on brake calipers, derailleurs and suspension parts. Read what they do in a bike shop. See the Solid Face listing.

• Bike Thru-Axle jaws (pair): four half-round grooves, 12, 14, 15 and 20 mm, that clamp a wheel by its axle ends with the wheel still on. Covers modern mountain, road, gravel, DH and BMX axles.
